Stone Oak Therapy Services is structured to help each child reach his or her potential through carefully designed programs. There are no other outpatient rehab clinics in the area that provide the staff and resources that we do.

Annual December Drop-n-Shop when we open the clinic on a Saturday and the staff volunteer to babysit your child to help you with your holiday shopping.

Where do I sign up?
Before we can treat your child here at Stone Oak Therapy Services, we will need the following information from you:

A Referral from your child's physician
The appropriate Intake Packet completed and signed
Any prior medical information that would benefit the therapist who would be treating your child
Your Health Insurance Information if you desire us to bill for your child's services.

Intake Packets

Physical Therapy These clinicians are trained to help children develop and improve flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Gross motor skills are also targeted to help kids reach their developmental milestones.

Occupational Therapy These therapy experts address needs that include fine & gross motor, eye-hand coordination, visual perception, motor planning, and sensory-processing tasks designed to improve overall performance and independence.

Speech Language Pathology Our clinical specialists in this area address pre-language skills, oral motor skills, feeding & swallowing, articulation, language (including receptive and expressive), pragmatics, and cognition.

ABA Therapy We currently utilize three highly qualified therapists for our behavioral therapy program. This therapy is known for its effectiveness in coaching proper behavioral responses, primarily in Autistic children. ALL of our BCBA-certified therapists are also licensed Speech Language Pathologists or Occupational Therapists.

Social Skills Sessions This therapy is utilized to teach children and young adults how to get along with others in a variety of different settings.

Aquatics Therapy If there is one issue that Occupational and Physical Therapists will agree on, aquatic therapy is one of the most effective methods of treating any number of diagnoses. The sensory input and warmth of the water help them achieve greater goals than they can treating the child on “land.” Aquatic therapy is highly effective in treating
