How do I schedule my child for an appointment?

• First, we are going to need a referral from the child’s physician. They can fax it to us at (210)495-1479.
• Second, we are going to need a completed intake packet from the parents. Faxes, e-mails, and hand-ins are all accepted.
• Once we have both of those, we will call you within a week for a follow-up to find out what days and times are good for the parents. We will also schedule an initial evaluation at that time if it is possible.

• It really depends on the insurance. We can not tell you till we get the full details on your benefits.
