q       Does not crawl.

q       Drags one side of body while crawling (for over one month).

q       Cannot stand when supported.

q       Does not search for objects that are hidden while he/she watches.

q       Says no single words (“mama” or “dada”).

q       Does not learn to use gestures, such as waving or shaking head.

q       Does not point at objects or pictures.
